변하지 않는 체육계의 폭력문화
본 연구는 한국 체육계에서 벌어지고 있는 폭력에 대한 연구로 폭력 의 흐름과 부당성을 면밀히 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 내용을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 체육계의 폭력은 과거 군사정부의 국가주의에 편승한 묵 인된 결과이다. 둘째, 한국사회의 승리지상주의 인식의 결과이다. 셋째, 반복적으로 노출된 폭력은 피해자들에게 저항보다는 수긍하고 그것은 확대재생산 되어 다시 폭력의 굴레로 지속되고 있다. 한국사회와 체육계 는 폭력에 대해서 그 어떠한 방법으로도 정당화 될 수 없다는 것을 인식 하고 선수들의 인격을 존중한 지도법을 통한 발전을 도모해야 할 것이다.
The unchanging culture of violence in the sports world
This study examines violence in the Korean sports industry, scrutinizing the flow and injustice of violence, and concludes the following. First, violence in the sports world is the result of the past military government's nationalism. Second, it is a result of Korean society's perception of triumphalism. Third, repeated exposure to violence causes victims to accept it rather than resist it, which is reproduced and perpetuates the cycle of violence. Korean society and the sports industry must recognize that violence can never be justified in any way and promote development through coaching methods that respect the Personality of athletes.
